CC Blooms

The oldest and most popular gay venue in Edinburgh. CC Blooms is a stylish bar & restaurant by day and a classy nightclub by night.

CC serves excellent cocktails and modern cuisine, and offers a full wine and champagne list. The dance floor at the back of the venue is one of the most popular in town.

Traditional gay bar in the Pink Triangle. The Regent Bar has a relaxed and informal environment, with no loud music or dance floor.

A nice place to to meet friends, have a few drinks and enjoy some good Scottish food.

The Street.

The Street is a well-known restaurant & bar for gay locals and visitors looking to take in the sights and sounds of Scotland’s buzzing Gay Village. Expect a crowded, casual, laid-back atmosphere.

Serves a good selection and has an outdoor terrace for good weather days. The popular Street NightClub (in the basement of the bar) is open on Friday and Saturday nights.

Cafe Habana.


Friendly café bar on two floors, located very close to Edinburgh’s Pink Triangle. Habana serves a great selection of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails with regular drink promotions.

Always busy and great for pre-clubbing. DJ’s 7 nights a week. More lounge style on the 1st floor.

Planet Bar.


Small gay bar in the Pink Triangle, with good atmosphere, reasonably priced drinks, a snooker table, arcade game and DJ’s through the week.

Planet Bar attracts a younger, mixed/gay crowd. Daily drink promotions.

Victoria Bar.

Mixed, cosy bar located on the edge of Gay Village. Victoria Bar serves excellent gin & tonic and offers a great selection of beers and a good playlist.

A funky, fashionable place with an open mind. A short walk from Victoria Bar leads to a myriad of gay clubs and late-night dance venues.

Cafe Nom De Plume.


Small café bar located upstairs, above Edinburgh’s LGBT Centre. Run by the same team behind the well-known Regent Bar.

Cafe Nom de Plum serves a good variety of drinks and homemade meals.
